Bakery upgrades

As an independent consultant, owner provided services to reduce the energy consumption and optimize the production process to increase throughput. Metering of various production lines, process equipment and HVAC controls were carried out to come up with costs savings and identify the process boatnecks. The results were 23 % cost reduction and identification of specific process equipment bottlenecks to achieve increased throughput.

Demand reduction

for high rise building

The owner’s services include demand reduction for 1.3 million sq.ft. high rise building during peak summer months. The facility ran from 4.1 MW to 5.3 MW demand on-peak during various time of the year. The results were demand reduction of 367 kW to 655 kW during various months of the year during peak time.
